This Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the business of “Sandra The Island Storyteller”, Put Grohota 6E, Gornje Selo, Šolta, OIB: 32932748427 (hereinafter: “Organizer”) and applies to all guided tours, interpretative walks, and workshops provided by the Organizer.

1. CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST

The Guest has the right to cancel a booked service under the following conditions:
– Cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the agreed tour or workshop: full refund of the paid amount.
– Cancellation within 48 hours before the start of the agreed tour or workshop: 50% refund.
– No-show without prior notice: no refund.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original payment.

2. RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is possible by prior arrangement with the Organizer, depending on the availability of new dates. The Organizer is not obliged to accept a rescheduling request, especially on short notice.

3. CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a tour or workshop in the following cases:
– unfavorable weather conditions (heavy rain, strong wind, severe weather),
– illness or unavailability of the guide or facilitator,
– force majeure (earthquakes, epidemics, natural disasters, security reasons)

In such cases, the Guest is entitled to:
– a full refund,
– or agreement on a new date for the service.
The Organizer is not liable for any additional costs the Guest may incur related to travel or accommodation.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date the cancellation is accepted, using the same payment method as the original payment.
If administrative transaction costs occur (e.g., bank fees for international payments), the refund amount will be reduced by the actual incurred costs.

5. RECOMMENDATIONS

Guests are advised to arrange travel insurance that includes coverage in case of cancellation due to illness, injury, or other extraordinary circumstances.

This Cancellation Policy applies from the date of publication on the Organizer’s official website and is valid for all reservations made after that date.
